The objective of this systematic review is to identify all outcomes reported in clinical studies investigating surgical treatments of acetabular fractures.
MEDLINE via PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Web of Science, ClinicalTrials.gov and the World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) will be searched. After study selection and data extraction, the outcomes will be categorized into outcome domains by using the outcome taxonomy developed by the Core Outcome Measures in Effectiveness Trials (COMET) Initiative. The results will be summarized in a narrative synthesis through tables and graphs.
